With over 20 years of business
experience, Steve Sutton departed from his vice president job as an organizational development manager and formed Sutton Seminars,
LLC. While working for Fortune 500 financial services companies, Steve helped
thousands of people grow personally and professionally by providing seminars, interventions and executive coaching to a wide
range of people all across America. During
his corporate career, he received a Chairman’s Leadership Award, a Chairman’s Innovation Award, and two Outstanding
Service Awards. Since 1999, he has become one of corporate America’s leading practitioners of the Emotional Competency
Inventory, an emotional intelligence multi-rater instrument and training program. Since
1990, he has conducted over 1000 seminars and interventions.
For all of his life, Steve has been a “teacher.” As a child,
he was eager to teach his friends the new skills he had learned. As an adult,
he has the ability to translate information into powerful learning messages that people can embrace and use to make them more
effective at work, home, and in life.
