We
are all born creative. Children are very creative especially when they want something
from mom or dad. But for many, getting older means getting away from creativity
and looking for direction and safety. School spent years teaching us right answers
and wrong answers. School contributed to our diminished capacity for creativity. Sociologist Harriett Zuckerman studied Nobel Prize winners. What she found was they did not give into conventional wisdom of right and wrong. Instead they exercised their ability to think clearly and creatively.
Only creativity and innovation can move society forward. You must practice
being creative in order to reestablish this skill into your daily success by looking for new and better ways to work, grow
and succeed.
This
seminar teaches participants techniques to incorporate into their life to exercise and be rewarded for their creative potential. Creative activities are conducted throughout the seminar to help participants release
the chains that bind their creativity. This seminar is active, informative, powerful
and fun. And as an added bonus, ideas generated from the seminar are summarized
and provided back to the business' management team for consideration. These typically
include ideas surrounding employee morale, recognition and reward; employee retention; customer retention and new customer
acquisition.
